1. Let's make the big ideas very clear to students (big ideas are visible and explicit). 

2. Reflection: What big ideas are you exploring? How are you doing with this learning? 

3. Collect Data: School-wide reflective frameworks and 1-to-1 walk and talks with staff and students.
